Mitte des Sommers 2019 wird das Gebiet der Fertő-Landschaft mit Finanzmitteln in Höhe von 406 Millionen Forint erweitert.
Der Leiter des Ungarischen Rates des Landschaftsverbandes Fertő hat im Rahmen des Programms „Die Juwelen der Fertő-Landschaft“ sein Bestes gegeben, um die Anzahl der Besucher in den nächsten Jahren zu erhöhen.
Nach ihren Plänen wird im Széchenyi-Schloss ein Welterbe-Zentrum errichtet, das Sarródi-Landhaus umgebaut und eine neu gebaute Scheune erschaffen.
Außerdem wird die Einrichtung von Wander- und Radsport-Zentren sowie dem Bau eines meditativen Parks ergänzt.
Die UNESCO-Welterbeliste, die UNESCO-Organisation für Bildung, Wissenschaft und Kultur, hat den Fertő-See und seine Region sowie Siedlungen in Ungarn und Österreich aufgenommen.

Millions for the tourism in Fertő-Landscape!
In the middle of the summer of 2019, the Fertő-Landscape area would be expanded with nearly 406 million forints, with the European Unio’s funding.
The leader of the Hungarian Council of the Fertő Landscape World Heritage Association said that in the framework of the „The Jewels of Fertő-Landscape“ program they will do their utmost to increase the number of visitors over a few years.
According to their plans, a World Heritage Center is being built at Széchenyi Castle, they made a reconstruction of the Sarródi Country House, creating an old type, but a newly built barn, which will be a family-friendly community and give place for many activities.
In addition, the establishment of walking and cycling tourist centers and the construction of a meditative park are listed.
The UNESCO World Heritage List, the UNESCO’s Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization, was included in the Fertő Lake and its surrounding landscapes and settlements in Hungary and Austria.

2019 nyarának közepéig közel 406 millió forintnyi uniós támogatásból fejlesztenék a Fertő-táj területeit.
A Fertő Táj Világörökség Magyar Tanácsa Egyesület vezetője elmondta, hogy a „Fertő-táj ékkövei“ program keretében mindent megtesznek, hogy néhány éven belül több mint kilencezerrel nőjön a látogatók száma.
A tervekben szót ejtettek a Széchényi-kastélyban kialakítandó világörökségi központról, a fertőhomoki Tájház kiállításainak megújításáról, valamit a Sarródi Tájházban egy régi típusú, de új építésű pajtát állítanak fel, amely családbarát közösségi tér lesz, és foglalkozásoknak ad majd otthont.
Emellett sétautak és kerékpáros turisztikai központ kialakítása és meditációs jellegű park építése is szerepel a listán.
A Fertő tavat és az azt övező tájat, településeit magyar és osztrák oldalon 2001-ben vette fel az ENSZ Nevelésügyi, Tudományos és Kulturális Szervezete, az UNESCO a világörökségi listára.
